Do I have to pay for the referral?
No. Our referral service is completely free to you. We may receive a referral fee from the solicitor, but this does not affect your legal costs in any way.
What if I don't want to instruct the solicitor you refer me to?
That is absolutely fine. You are under no obligation to instruct the solicitor we refer you to. You are free to seek advice from any solicitor of your choice.
Can you give me legal advice over the phone?
